These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of this RigBetel Labs (“Website”) and any content, Public Forums, or services offered on or through the Website and/or through any mobile application(s) (“Application”) (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
These Terms of Use apply to end users of the Website (referred to as “Learners”, “You”, “Your”). These Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions published on the Platform or communicated to you from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”), define the relationship and responsibilities between You and Creator (as defined herein) in using the Platform. Your access to the Platform is subject to Your acceptance of this Agreement. Hence, please take Your time to read this Agreement.
When we speak of “Creator”, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’, we collectively mean RigBetel Labs being the creator of this Platform and the content/materials/services contained therein.
By accessing this Platform, You are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, all applicable laws and regulations. From time-to-time, versions of the above-mentioned policies and terms are made available on the Platform for Your reference and to understand how we handle Your personal information. By using or visiting the Platform and services provided to You on, from, or through the Platform, You are expressly agreeing to the terms of the Agreement and any other terms that are updated from time to time.
If You disagree with any part of this Agreement or do not wish to be bound by the same, then please do not use the Platform in any manner.
1. Overview:
The ROS Mentorship Program, conducted by RigBetel Labs, aims to provide participants with valuable insights, guidance, and hands-on experience in the field of robotics. The program operates on a cohort system, bringing together mentors and mentees in a collaborative learning environment.
2. Program Structure:
a. Cohorts: The program is organized into cohorts, each comprising a specific group of participants. Cohorts follow a structured schedule of live mentoring sessions, assignments, and collaborative projects.
b. Duration: The mentorship program operates over a defined period, and participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions as outlined in the program details.
3. Mentorship Sessions:
a. Live Sessions: Participants will have access to live mentoring sessions conducted by experienced mentors. These sessions may include presentations, demonstrations, and interactive discussions.
b. Recordings: Recordings of live sessions may be provided to participants for review and reference. However, participants are strictly prohibited from using these recordings for commercial purposes or sharing them as open-source content.
4. Participant Responsibilities:
a. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all live sessions and actively engage in the learning process.
b. Assignments: Participants must complete assigned tasks and projects within the specified deadlines.
c. Code of Conduct: Participants are required to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all program interactions, respecting the opinions and contributions of fellow participants and mentors.
5. Intellectual Property:
a. Knowledge Retention: Participants are encouraged to apply the knowledge gained from the mentorship program in their personal and professional pursuits.
b. Usage of Workflow: Participants are granted the right to use the same examples, workflows, and methodologies demonstrated during the program for their personal and business use. This includes the incorporation of learned concepts into commercial projects.
6. Restrictions:
a. Recording Usage: Participants are strictly prohibited from using the recorded sessions for commercial purposes or sharing them as open-source content. This includes but is not limited to resale, distribution, or public sharing without explicit consent from RigBetel Labs.
b. Plagiarism: Participants are prohibited from claiming the mentorship program's content, examples, or workflows as their own or using them in a manner that infringes on intellectual property rights.
7. Confidentiality:
a. Program Content: Participants are expected to treat all program content, discussions, and materials as confidential information and are not permitted to disclose, share, or reproduce them without prior written consent from RigBetel Labs.
8. Termination:
RigBetel Labs reserves the right to terminate a participant's access to the mentorship program in the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions or for any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
